Concut Excavation boasts an enviable range of equipment for all your needs. There are eight trucks of various capacity as well as the five-track workhorse excavators that feature alongside the Takeuchi loader and multi-processor. But where the company really shines is in the quality of its staff who are experienced, enthusiastic operators with an eye for detail and demolition rubble removal expertise. The large range of excavation machinery at their disposal includes an extensive fleet of vehicles recently boosted by the arrival of a high tech laser equiped grader, multiple tip truck options and not two but five Yanmar excavators.

OUR STORY

Concut, a family business established in 1970, continues to be a market leader in the concrete cutting business.

Having since expanded to being one of the largest concrete cutting companies in New Zealand, with a staff of over 40 we can tackle any project throughout the South Island and abroad.

After the Canterbury earthquakes in 2011 the company expanded at short notice to meet the requirements of the rebuild by doubling our staff and extensively updating equipment including purchase of equipment that has never been used in Canterbury previously. This equipment is still used on a regular basis with several operators now working in the Kaikoura regions after their natural disaster. We are also responsible for the re-entry to the Pike River mine

We are SiteSafe & Sitewise members and are in The New Zealand Concrete Sawing And Drilling Association, Members of the Canterbury Health & Safety Charter safety always being our main concern.
